Hi, I’m Arran Kenny, and I have quite possibly the best job in the world: I’m a wedding videographer.
I started shooting weddings in 2017 after finishing my law degree and deciding that the world of corporate law wasn’t for me.
I haven’t looked back since! I love everything about my job. I love being creative. I love working for myself. I love meeting couples, and most of all I love making them smile, laugh and cry when they get their film back.
It’s so fulfilling to know that small moments I’ve captured will bring joy and happiness to couples and their families for generations.
I specialise in making cinematic, emotive wedding films in a discreet and natural way, focusing on your uniqueness and your personalities to tell an emotional story of your day.
I live in Dorset with my partner, Jess, our black lab, Freddie, and our baby son, Callie. When I’m not shooting weddings you can find me in the gym, surfing, or watching basketball. I’m passionate about fitness, sustainability, and, above all else, coffee (you can follow my pursuit of the perfect latte art over on instagram).
It’s worth noting that I don’t treat weddings as marketing material. I’m deeply conscious that I’m being invited into one of the most personal days of your lives. Because of that, I’m careful about how – and whether – anything is shared publicly.
I really am passionate about making films; I love it, and I pride myself on working slowly and intentionally. This means I only take on a very limited number of weddings each year, ensuring that I give each couple my full and undivided care and attention.
