Most of this you could set up yourself.

The hard part is knowing it's possible. If you'd rather I set it up for you, I can do that too.

11:02 Wedding brief built Pulled the timeline, the planner's notes and the venue address out of your CRM and your inbox.

Illustrative — this is my own week, not a live feed

I built these because I needed them.

I'm a wedding filmmaker. I built these systems because I needed them, not because I set out to sell them. My enquiries get answered, my wedding briefs write themselves, and I update my own website by sending a voice note.

You can go and ask ChatGPT or Claude how to do most of it. My job is really just to tell you that it can be done. If you'd rather I set it up for you, I can do that too.

I build these for wedding suppliers because that's the world I know. They work just as well for any small business, so if you're reading this and you don't shoot weddings, get in touch anyway.

The Wedding Operator

Most people pay £20 a month for ChatGPT or Claude and use it like a search box. Each of these turns it into something that actually does a piece of your admin. They are better together, but you do not have to buy them all at once.

Pick the jobs you want taken off you.

The Foundation

£99
Start here

Your voice, your pricing, your client journey and your house rules written up so the AI answers as you rather than as nobody. Everything else is worse without this, so it comes first.

Enquiry Response

£99

Your inbox watched. A new enquiry gets your availability checked against every calendar you keep, a reply drafted in your voice, and the lead logged in your CRM before you have read it.

The Wedding Brief

£99

One document per wedding, built for you from your CRM, the email thread, the questionnaire and the schedule. Everything you need for the day, in one place, without you assembling it.

The Client Journey

£99

The whole email sequence, drafted and queued at the right moments. Booking confirmation, three months to go, final details, delivery, and the anniversary follow-up most people never send.

Your CRM, Worked

£99

Tasks read and ticked, leads added, questionnaires chased. It works your CRM rather than making you work it. Set up for whatever you already use.

The Morning Brief

£99

One message each morning. What is on today across every calendar, what is overdue, what came in overnight, and what actually needs a decision from you.

The Full Suite £395 £594

All six, set up together in one go. Buy them separately if you would rather start small, though the Foundation has to be one of them.

Runs on your own Mac rather than being handed over to a platform, and it is yours to drive once it is set up. You'll need a paid ChatGPT or Claude subscription. More modules are on the way.

The AI Employee

Not a set of systems you have to operate. An employee. Mine is called Oppy, it sits in WhatsApp and Telegram, and I send it a voice note the same way I would message anyone else who worked for me.

  • Message it on WhatsApp or Telegram exactly as you would message a member of your team, voice notes included
  • Drop it into a WhatsApp group with a couple, a planner or a second shooter and it answers on your behalf
  • It watches your inbox and tells you when something needs you, instead of you checking
  • It books things, chases suppliers, and follows up on unpaid balances
  • It keeps its own notes, so it remembers your weddings, your suppliers and how you like things done
  • It works overnight and hands you a briefing in the morning
The AI Employee £49 a month

Launch offer: first three months free

£495 one-off setup

Everything in the six modules, already set up, plus a running assistant you can message. You'll need a paid ChatGPT or Claude subscription and somewhere to keep your files, like Google Drive, Dropbox or iCloud. The £49 a month is me looking after it for you: keeping it working, adding to it as your business and your workflows change, and updating it as the technology moves.

Website Rebuild

£495 one-off

Your existing site rebuilt on modern, free hosting, so you stop paying a monthly fee to a platform for the privilege of editing your own copy.

Enquire about the rebuild

  • Your current design and copy carried across faithfully
  • Hosted free on Netlify instead of a monthly Squarespace or Wordpress bill
  • Fast, static, and built to be read by AI search as well as by people
  • Update it afterwards by asking, in plain English

Are you visible when couples ask AI?

Couples have started asking ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity to recommend suppliers, and those tools do not read your website the way Google does. Most suppliers have no idea whether they get mentioned or not.

WedSearch gives you a single visibility score, shows you which engines mention you and which send couples to someone else, tells you who is being recommended alongside you, and tracks whether you are gaining ground week by week. Every scan comes with specific things to change. I built it for exactly this problem.
